Spacious apartment with two bedrooms, a living room, bathroom, and a large outdoor terrace (approximately 50 square meters) with a table, chairs, and umbrella. Garage. Excellent value. Near the Alpe Siusi cable car station, about a 10-minute walk, and adjacent to the Castelrotto-Bolzano bus stop.
